Email Notifications
What this does
Instead of checking the app for new leads, you can have them sent to your inbox. This is optional and off by default.
Setting it up
Email notifications are configured per product:
- Open the product you want notifications for
- Toggle "Email Notifications" on
- Choose your frequency: real-time or daily digest
- Set a minimum quality threshold
The quality threshold filters out noise. Set it to 70 and you won't get emails about low-scoring leads.
Real-time vs daily digest
- Real-time: Sends an email within minutes of finding a matching lead. Good if you want to respond while posts are fresh.
- Daily digest: Batches leads and sends once per day at 9am in your local timezone. Better if you prefer checking leads in one sitting.
What the emails contain
Each email shows:
- Post title and content preview
- Which subreddit it came from
- Quality score
- A suggested angle for your reply
- Link to open the post on Reddit
Daily digests show up to 5 leads. If there are more, you'll see a link to view the rest in the app.
Requirements
Email notifications require a paid plan. Free users can see the option but can't enable it.
Unsubscribing
Every email has unsubscribe links at the bottom:
- Unsubscribe from this product: Turns off notifications for just that product
- Unsubscribe from all: Turns off notifications for all your products
You can also disable notifications anytime from the product settings in the app.
No email received?
A few things to check:
- Is the product active? Paused products don't send notifications
- Did any leads match your quality threshold? If it's set to 80 and all leads scored below that, no email gets sent
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure notifications are enabled in the product settings (the toggle should be on)
