Getting Started with LeadsRover

Learn how to set up LeadsRover, create your first product, scan Reddit, review lead scores, and start outreach.. Use this guide when you need a practical answer inside the LeadsRover workflow rather than a broad marketing overview.

It covers what to check, where the setting or workflow lives, and how the choice affects Reddit lead discovery, reply quality, Autopilot, or reporting.

What is LeadsRover?

LeadsRover finds potential customers on Reddit by scanning for posts where people are looking for solutions like yours. It scores each post by purchase intent and helps you write responses that fit the conversation.

Setup order

  1. Create a product - Tell LeadsRover what you're promoting. It uses this to find relevant posts and write responses that make sense.
  2. Enable scanning - LeadsRover will scan Reddit automatically based on what your product does.
  3. Review leads - Look through what LeadsRover finds. Leads are scored so you can skip the noise and focus on people who might actually buy.

For the first few scans, keep the workflow simple. Look at the highest-scoring posts, open the Reddit thread before replying, and use the bad-match feedback buttons whenever a result misses the intent you expected.

What happens next

After creating your first product:

  • Your first scan runs right away
  • New leads show up in the Leads tab, sorted by score
  • Leads scored 70+ have the strongest buying signals
  • You can generate a response for any lead with one click

A few things worth knowing

  • Your product description matters. The more specific it is, the better LeadsRover can find relevant posts.
  • Check your leads daily for the first week to get a feel for what shows up.
  • Mark bad matches with the thumbs down button. LeadsRover learns from this.
